The aim of the International Summer School on Food Sustainability is to offer participants, students and professionals, a global vision of the environmental, economic, legal, social as well as communicative aspects, connected to food sustainability and the promotion of skills that allow participants to apply the knowledge acquired in their professional experience in order to produce and distribute food products coherent with the principles of sustainability.

 

  • The warming up will begin on 1st of June.
  • The section of recorded lessons will begin on 22nd June.
  • The section of live stream lessons will begin on 29th June.
  • The follow-up section will be from 5th July.
